At Jeweleon Wear, each item is custom-printed and made to order for you once an order is placed. Please review our production and shipping timelines below.

1. Production & Processing Time
* Order Processing & Printing: 2–5 business days
* Because our products are made on demand, printing begins shortly after your order is confirmed. During peak holiday seasons, production may take an additional 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping & Transit Times (USA)
* Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days after production.
* Total Estimated Delivery Window: 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.

3. International Shipping
* Standard International Delivery: 7–15 business days following production.
* Customers are responsible for any applicable local customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their destination country.

4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is printed, packaged, and scanned by the carrier (USPS, DHL eCommerce, or UPS), you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

5. Address Verification & Shipping Inquiries
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
